The Aged Care Unit provides in home aged care for the frail and elderly in the community to prevent premature and inappropriate admission to long term residential care. The unit offers in-home care for the frail aged, self help and other support. CAPS packages, Community Options packages, Veterans Home Care packages and private clients.
