Participates in the No Interest Loans Scheme (NILS) to provide affordable credit for people on low incomes for essential household items. Loans are not available for general living expenses or household bills. Repayment is generally 12 - 18 months. Processing may take 3-4 weeks. May give assistance for purchase of computers if deemed essential. Some areas of City of Sydney are not covered but anyone from those areas wil be referred on to the service covering their area.
