About Kaludah Day Care Centre

The day respite centre is where people leave their homes for a few hours and meet together for an enjoyable day of activities and companionship. The respite centre has easy access for clients with disabilities. The respite centre is run by qualified and experienced registered and enrolled nurses. In addition to main centre the staff co-ordinate day centre at various location in the community. Activities at all centres include craft, games, art,music , cooking, exercises, movement to music, special events/ days, bus trips, personal grooming, nails, hair, makeup and guest entertainers. Other services provided include : administration of prescribed medications as required, liaison and linking clients and carers to other service providers and community groups as the need arises, transport can be provided.
