About Kirwan Rehabilitation Extended Treatment Service ( KRETS)

Provides a support and accommodation program for people who have been admitted to the Acute Mental Health Unit and who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Acquired Brain Injury Unit. KRETS Consultation and Liasion Service. Neuropsychologist, Clinical Nurse and an Indigenous Mental Health Worker provde follow up services as well as education and community development.
