The Lakes retirement units complex are 7, 2x1 fully-contained units with their own carport .The Lakes Village Hall on this site is the only shared or communal area.They are rental Accommodation for 55 years and older - means tested. Residents may access external services if needed.nThe Lakes Village Hall is located in the Lakes Village Retirement Units complex on Bishop Street, Lake Grace.nThe hall was originally built and operated by local Freemasons and was later renovated to be incorporated into the Lakes Village retirement units. The hall is predominantly used now as a centre for Senior's functions and activities.nThe hall contains full kitchen and disabled access toilet facilities.
