The Laverton MPS incorporates the Hospital whose services include :- . Emergency . Gynaecology . Home and Community Care . Inpatients . Medical, General . Nursing . Nursing Home Type Patients . Obstetrics . Occupational Safety and Health . Outpatients . Palliative Care . Physiotherapy . Podiatry . Radiology . Speech Therapy . X-Ray Services. The HACC Cordinator is Lyndell Green who is located at the hospital. The HACC services include :- Assessment ; Centre Based Day Care ; Client Care Coordination ; CSIA ; Domestic Assistance ; Meals(home) ; Personal Care; Respite Care (out of home) ; Social Support ; and Transport. There are 2 dedicated beds for permanent LC patients.
