About Learning Links - Case Management St George & Sutherland

The service is available to families who have children who are aged 0-18 years; nhave a mild to moderate developmental disability or a moderate to severe learning disability; if under five years are suspected of having a mild to moderate developmental disability; are not already accessing case management support through DADHC or other case management services. The service offers short to medium term case management and coordination of support services; information, advocacy and referral to relevant specialist and mainstream services. Parenting groups & Sibling programmes.
