The Legal Aid Commission provides legal advice, minor assistance, representation, and special children's and youth services. It provides grants of legal aid for many family, criminal, civil and mental health matters. The Manly office provides criminal and family law services only. Clients must meet means and merit tests for most services, and clients may be required to meet some or all of the costs of their case.
