Over 55, rental accomodation.nFully self contained, unfurnished units. No bond required. All units are fitted with Vitalcall Emergency System. Have our own bus for outside activities and two weekly shopping trips. Community Centre, heated pool, indoor bowls and pool, computer access, all maintenance, gardens bins etc are all maintained by Liberty Villas. As at 20 March 2008, single person $225 per week, after rent assistance $171 a week, for a couple $310 per week, after rent assistance $260 a week.
