Regular Lifeball group, meeting Wed 9.30am-11.30am at Grafton Regional Sports and Entertainment Centre, Powell St Grafton.nLifeball is a safe team game designed so that anyone can play and is especially suited to older people. The game is a similar to a modified form of netball and basketball and incorporates activities such as walking, passing and throwing to encourage physical movement and teamwork.
