About Local Support Co ordination (DADHC)

A personal flexible service that aims to increase the links between people with a disability, their families and their local community. Service includes helping people with a disability achieve increased independance, self sufficiency and community participation. Also assists families who provide care and support for their family member with a disability by increasing the capacity of people with a disability to lead valued and quality lives within their communities. Program Aim: To build more inclusive communities.
