Lota Court comprises Independent Living Units (2 bedroom) for purchase, low income rental units (5) and a 64 bed aged care facility with low care, high care and a 24 bed dementia secure unit. The Independent Living Units do not include meals. Services that are available at extra cost include an emergency call system, housekeeping, laundry, personal care, visiting hairdresser, podiatrist and general practitioner.
