Specialist Palliative Care services can help if you have complex symptoms associated with life limiting illness through the provision of consultancy nursing support. A medical specialist clinic is provided for eligible clients from the Central, Mitchell and Castlereagh clusters of the Greater Western Area Health Service. The Palliative Care Service consults closely with GPs, generalist nurses, allied health and home help agencies, pastoral care and other services if required.
