About Lourdes Retirement Village

The facility offers 22 3-bedroom, 72 2-bedroom and 14 1-bedroom self care units as well as 44 studio serviced apartments, 8 double serviced apartments and 2 triple serviced apartments. The serviced apartments are serviced once a week and all services to the room are included for a weekly charge, inclusive of meals but not including the telephone. In addition there are also 64 nursing home places. The self care units and serviced apartments have tenure through a loan and licence agreement. The high care places are by way of a resident agreement as per the Aged Care Act. Pets are not allowed. There is a waiting list in operation.
