About Lower Mountains Anglican Parish - Community Support Service

Support for local community, with a visiting group for those who are lonely or socially isolated who can visit those in hospital or an aged care facility. Seeks to provide short term assistance to people in times of difficulty, including gardening, cleaning, shopping, transport to doctors appointments etc and small house maintenance work. If someone is requiring practical assistance, they should contact the Community Support Co-Ordinator who will visit them to determine exactly the sort of help they require. As well as the congregation at Glenbrook, there are also congregations at St David's at Blaxland and St Martin's at Mt Riverview.
