About Lucky Hearts Club - Central Coast

Informal club for people to join after they have attended a cardiac rehabilitation program through Northern Sydney Central Coast Health after they have had a heart attack or coronary artery surgery or angioplasty/stent procedure - to give support with the maintenance of better health and lifestyle changes. Social outings are organised every 6 - 8 weeks. Newsletter is distributed 4 - 5 times per year to share heart care information, new research, recipes and social calendar
