About Lutheran Aged Care EACH & CACP

Community Aged Care and Extended Aged Care Packages provide support at home as an alternative to low & high level residential aged care. Support may include Personal care, Domestic Assistance, Shopping, Transport, Meals, Nursing Care and Respite. Hours of support are determined with client. nLutheran Aged Care has funding to provide 85 Community Aged Care Packages, 29 Extended Aged Care Packages and also has Veterans Home Care Program.
