Health checks available under Medicare to Aboriginal children under 15 years, Aboriginal people with chronic disease between 15-54 years, and all Aboriginals over 55 years.nRange of community programmes to assist in making healthy changes to lifestyle, such as new mothers' workshops, Quit Smoking groups, self defence classes.nWill also assist with specialist appointments, travel assistance by liaising with PATS, access to SWAMS services, allied health appointments, filling prescriptions, health advice and support.
