About Macarthur U3A
U3A stands for University of the Third Age and is a school for seniors. They provide a range of educational and recreational courses geared to the needs and interests of mature students. Courses are informal and each class has a tutor or leader. Subjects available vary from term to term, but can include history, literature, languages, creative arts, poetry and public speaking. Membership fees are $15 per year for single person and $25 per year for couples.
