Provides Community Aged Care Packages for frail aged people in the Ryde/Hunters Hill area. Community Aged Care Packages are planned and coordinated services to help older people remain at home, rather than going into low level (hostel) care. Typical services include light house work, personal care, meal preparation, transport, socialisation, light gardening, bill paying, shopping, medicine monitoring and organisation of social activities.
