To provide resources, information and advocacy services for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community; preserve and promote Torres Strait Islander culture and languages; contribute to the training, educational and economic development of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and wider community; provide culturally appropriate child care facilities; and continue to develop and improve services in line with the community's needs.
