Home and Community Care (HACC) funds community agencies to provide services to help you with work around the home such as cleaning, cooking, washing, ironing, and home maintenance. HACC can also provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, and social support including banking, transport, food services such as Meals on Wheels, and health services incorporating home nursing, podiatry, and physiotherapy.
