The village offers 8x one bedroom, 4x two bedroom and 1x three bedroom self care units. Facilities on site include recreation and common rooms, village shop, handyman, hairdresser and vital call in all units. Entry is by loan/licence agreement with an ingoing contribution from $220,000 to $400,000 for the largest units. Anglican Retirement Villages will retain 21/2 each year for a maximum of 12 years. A fortnightly recurrent charge covering operational costs is also payable. Residents pay their own electricity, telephone and contents insurance. Ageing inplace with assisted living units within the village.
