This is a nine room respite house that has recently been converted from the Sisters of St Joseph Nursing Home. Six of the rooms are singles, two are doubles and one is a twin share with a bunk bed . There are shared amenities - bathrooms , kitchen , laundry and there are communal areas inside and outside the house. Breakfast is included in the $45p/n and people with special needs can be catered for and extra services included.This is a respite retreat for carers from the country who are coming to the city for treatment from one of the major hospitals or who are accompanying the patient or are coming to have a break away from their caring role.This accommodation can be part of the PATS scheme for eligible country clients.
