Service delivers meals - hot, chilled and frozen 3 days per week M.W.F(Hot) for 7 day coverage(Chilled or frozen) in the Port Stephens Shire. Pick-a-Pack services now available, they have 3 packs available;nBreakfast for Two - $5nGrocery Pack - $5nHospital discharge pack - $15.nFrozen Food Service - available to general community as well as PSCC clients. Formal linen service, Sand Castle Day Activity Centre, Aboriginal Peer Support Program, social outings and social support in general (eg assisted shopping etc).
