Southern Shoalhaven Zone Meals on Wheels deliver fresh meals and frozen meals on a regular basis to people with disabilities, frail aged people and their carers. nService covers from Sussex Inlet to North Durras.nProcess begins with an assessment done in clients home.nA wide range of meals is offered. nService caters for Diabetics, and those with special needs for health, religious or cultural reasons.nSSMOW also provides social support at home for people who are eligible, and three social support groups:nBurrill Lake every 2nd Monday 10 am - 2 pm;nPioneer every 2nd Thurs of the month 10 am - 2 pm;nMilton Last Wed of the month 10 am - 2 pm.nContact service for further details.
