Medicare Teleclaim is a service applicable to people in remote areas only. It allows telephone claims to be processed, by giving your Medicare number, information from your medical account and/or receipt, also bank details where refund can be deposited. No claim form is required, simply write the reference number given to you by Medicare at the time of your call then post to GPO Box 9847 in your capital city.You will be paid by direct deposit into your nominated account or by cheque, which can be posted to you.
