About Men's Shed Barkuma

The shed is located at the rear of the Barkuma Respite House; it is equipped with tools, equipment to support woodworking projects by men of all ages and abilities. There is also a vegetable garden that is being developed and maintained by the men that attend the shed. The men also participate in outings such as fishing. This shed is primarily for men who have a memory impairment and are aged over 65 yrs. A midday meal is provided
