About Middle Eastern Day Care (IECC)

Provides a respite service for people who are frail aged, younger people with a disability and carers from a Middle Eastern background.nThe program aims to provide activities within a linguistically and culturally appropriate environment.nCulturally appropriate lunch is included.nActivities include bus trips, outings, healthy lifestyle, cards, backgammon, craft, respite for the carer, and information on relevant services.nClients contribute for morning tea and lunch, and/or transport.nPeople can self refer.nMedication needs to be self managed - volunteers are unable to administer medications.nCorrimal region down to the area surrounding Cringila.nMon - Cringila HACC Centre, Lake Ave.nWed - Corrimal Community Centre, Short St
