Units with many amenities are provided in attractive landscaped surroundings. Weekly service levies covers municipal and water rates to the maximum pensioner concession allowance and external maintenance of units and grounds. A full time Village Manager, 24 hour (emergency call) nurse, other staff and all operational costs is covered by the weekly service levy. Additional services can be organised, including visiting health professionals, Doctor's clinic, hairdresser, hobby garden and billiards.
