For people over 60 living alone or with a carer. nNot a dementia specific service, but will accept people with mild dementia or with challenging behaviours which are manageable. Monday remains the day for those with challenging behaviour.nMen's Group Thursday 10 am - 2.30 pm.nSocial Groups, nTuesday - Friday 10.30 am - 2.30 pm.nCost includes morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch - $10 (or $10 with transport).nNursing home level clients would not be appropriate for these groups (hostel level is more appropriate). nCannot accept people who need lifting or transferring. nActivities include Mental Stimulation, Indoor Golf and Bowls, Shuffle Board, Bingo, Music, Water painting.nCannot assist with medications.nUses volunteers.
