The Mount Gravatt In Home Respite Service offers a range of services to support carers and clients, including personal care, meal preparation and cooking, shopping and banking, social support, domestic assistance and transport to appointments, activities etc. Support may also include referrals to nursing, allied health, and home maintenance services. All services $5 per hour. Target group includes frail older people, people with dementia and older people with disabilities.
