About Multicultural Home Visiting & Dementia Support Service

Respite, companionship, personal shopping / transport, some food preparation and personal care provided in the Marrickville LGA. Services may be extended to other areas if purchased by other projects. There are sixteen languages spoken including: Arabic, Greek, Italian, Filipino, Croatian, Serbian, Macedonian, Maltese, Russian, Polish, Portuguese, Vietnamese and Spanish. The organisation also sponsors 2 language specific support groups, which meet monthly, usually at St. Peters Town Hall: Portuguese Carers Group, Spanish Speaking Blind Group.nThere is a waiting period as at June 2006.
