About Multicultural Youth Development Project (IECC)

The Multicultural Youth Development Officer can:n- Help young people from culturally diverse backgrounds to develop funky, cool and fun activities and projects.n- Help you form your own youth groupn- Support current youth groupsn- Provide information on all issues affecting CALD youth.n- Provide support and referral to other services as required.n- Link young people to youth services.n- Deliver training to youth and mainstream services regarding CALD youth issues.n- Assist in developing local and regional events for young people.n- Lobby government and non-government bodies on CALD youth issues.n- Advocate on behalf of CALD young people.
