Providing information and referral, assessment, service co-ordination/case management, behaviour intervention, support for carers assistance with disability related issues, assistance with seating and positioning, communication programs, assistance with eating and drinking problems. Co-ordination of group homes and case management for people with an intellectual disability including therapy services and psychologist.
