About National Disability Complaints Resolution and Referral Service (CRRS)
CRRS assists in the resolution of complaints from people who use disability employment and advocacy services funded by the Commonwealth Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaHCSIA). The CRRS can help you if you have problems with your pay; if you are not getting the support you need to do your job properly; if you are having problems with someone you work with; if you are experiencing abuse and neglect, and with other issues related to the Disability Service Standards. You can also contact the CRRS using telephone typewriter (TTY) on 1800 301 130 or the National Relay Service on 1800 555 677. Free interpreting is available through calling 13 14 50.
