About National Relay Service

The National Relay Service (NRS) is a telephone relay service that allows Australians who are deaf, or have a hearing and/or speech impairment, to communicate with anyone who uses a standard telephone, and vice versa. Calls within Australia are relayed for the price of a local phone call. International call, or calls to premium rate numbers are charged at cost. nFor calls from or to a TTY phone 133 677.
