About Neighbour Aid - Camden - Local Government Area

Volunteer visiting and companionship for older people, isolated aged and people with disabilities in their own home. Thay can also provide transport to appointments, shopping, hairdresser etc, small home handyman jobs e.g. change light globes, tap washers, gardening, lawn mowing, weeding, tidy yard, cutting back small shrubs if other services have been unable to provide help or until another services can start. All volunteers receive training. Transport service requires of up to 5 working days, is primarily for within the Camden LGA, and transport is not provided immediately following a medical procedure.
