About Newcastle/Lake Macquarie Community Options Project
Community Options Project (COP) is funded jointly by the Commonwealth and State governments as part of Home and Community Care Program (HACC). Community Options provides case management to frail aged and younger people with disabilities who have complex care needs, require case Case management, are at risk of inappropriate institutionalisation and live in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie LGA.
