About Newtown Neighbourhood Centre Shopping Service

A shopping service is available to the frail elderly and people with disabilities, and their cares, who live in the Marrickville Council area.nThe Bus can call at your home once a fortnight and take you shopping at Marrickville Metro. A Volunteer can be provided if you need their support, and wheelchairs are available on request.nThey can also take you by car to the shops and help you with shopping for up to two hours or they can arrange to have your shopping delivered to your door.
