About North West Area Community Options Project - Mudgee

A case management service for frail aged and people with disabilities in the Mudgee, Gulgong, Dunedoo & Coolah area. It arranges services for clients with complex care needs whose needs cannot be met by mainstream Home and Community Care (HACC) sercices. Community Options provides assistance by developing a package of support which is designed to meet the needs of each individual client. Community Options also has the funds to purchase extra support from either existing services or privately. Equipment can also be purchased if required. Community Options staff can also provide advocacy for a client when dealing with other service providers.
