About Northern Beaches Assertive Outreach Team

Supported accommodation for people with psychiatric disabilities, who are referred by Community Health Centres & Inpatient units of Manly Hospital & Macquarie Hospital. Also offers outreach rehabilitation to consumers in their own homes. Assists residents in self care, skills in basic living, financial & social matters, health & social welfare and vocational development. Mobile team supports people in local Department of Housing properties.
