About Northern Beaches Dementia Advisory Service

This service promotes local community awareness of dementia and the available services, and encourages early referral for the investigation of memory loss. It assists carers with home management strategies, provides information, short term counselling, and access to diagnostic and support services. It also promotes dementia education and training opportunities, and assists local dementia task forces to identify local needs and to develop local implementation plans.
