About Northern Sydney Day Service - Frenchs Forest Day Centre

This is a day centre that offers flexible and individualised services to adults with disabilities with varying levels of support needs. Aims to provide the most appropriate support, opportunities and training to allow people with disabilities to reach their full potential to participate in community life. The service provides Community participation and Post school Options programs, for those individuals with therir own funding. The services also has placements for those people with a disability who live with an aged or frail carer, who have limited or non-existent social contacts, whose family support structure is ar risk of breaking down, whose family is socially or geographically isolated or whose family is financially disadvantaged. Services are available for up to 15 hours (3 days) a week, for this program type.
