About Northside Community Connect Carers Program

The Carers Program provides support, counselling, education/training and information to carers. Support groups for general, dementia, disability and male carers: grief and loss and social groups are held throughout the year. Educational workshops re: Alzheimer's, nursing home options; training courses integrating stress management and relaxation are also held during the year.
