This service offers a range of quality health services including home help. Services are confidential, most are offered free of charge, but some may be means-tested. Waiting times may apply. Also offered are Healthy Life Styles activities, Diabetes education, and Foot Care. To be eligible for home care the client must be eligible for HACC funding and assessed as high needs. They must also hold a Centrelink pension concession card.
