Provides Psychiatric disability support and rehabilitation services to adults (16-65 years old) who have long term, severe mental health problems and resulting disabilities and who live within the communities of Brimbank, Melton and Sunbury. Support is aimed at developing &/or maintaining the skills around: Independent living and home management skills, problem solving and motivation, Personal and emotional support, linking of people with appropriate community supports.
