About NSW Encore Breast Cancer Program - Central Coast (Tumbi Umbi)
Encore is an eight week program and is for all women who have had breast cancer surgery at any time in their lives. The aim of the program is to gain maximum mobility and flexibility in the arms and shoulders through gentle exercise, improve the lymphatic system, renew self esteem and to help foster well-being. Attendance is by enrolment only.
