Provides telephone information, support and referral about HIV/AIDS and related issues. Staff of the service assist by: answering caller queries about HIV/AIDS and related issues; providing information about prevention and risk reduction safe sex, safe needle use and infection control; refer callers, if appropriate, to professional services at the Albion Street Centre or regionally.
