OT see clients in the hospital, at schools, at work & in their own homes. Interventions can include advise on alternative methods of performing everyday tasks, the use of specialised equipment, home modifications, and adjustment to disability counselling, OT' s liaise closely with medical, other allied health & community support agencies. OT is also involved in health promotion activities, enabling more independence with enhanced lifestyle management skills, for a wide range of health & disability conditions.
